You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, or use automated means to overload or disrupt the service.

• Accounts are created by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You may access only the projects and information you have been granted access to. Attempting to access another account's data is prohibited and may be unlawful.
• Notify us immediately at studio@re305design.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

The site's content — including designs, photography, text, and the RE305DESIGN name and marks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

You retain ownership of documents, photos, and other materials you upload to the portal. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide our services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share anything you upload.

This website and portal are informational and collaborative tools. They do not by themselves create a contract for design or construction services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and RE305DESIGN.

The site and portal are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RE305DESIGN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the site or portal.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
