Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RE305DESIGN ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, or use our client portal.
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide. Your name, email, phone, and project details when you use our contact or Start-a-Project forms, and any documents or photos you upload to the client portal.
- Account information. If we create a client portal account for you, we store your email and a securely hashed password managed by our authentication provider.
- Usage information. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the site.
2. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide design, millwork, furniture, and construction services.
- To operate the client portal and give you access to your project's documents, photos, materials, and approvals.
- To secure our services — including detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- To communicate with you about your project or inquiry.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and portal, under agreements that require them to protect it:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Upstash — rate limiting to protect against abuse.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
4. Data security
We protect your information with industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), private file storage delivered only through time-limited signed links, database-level access controls so each account can access only its own data, hashed passwords, and rate limiting on sign-in and form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to it.
5. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information as described below, subject to records we are required to retain.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at studio@re305design.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in to the client portal and to keep the site secure. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
