Overview
A full renovation that traded gloss for warmth — reworked to frame the ocean and live like a private retreat.
We took a dated layout back to structure and rebuilt it around light and sightlines. New openings pull the ocean into every principal room; a warm neutral palette settles the whole residence.
Design, engineering and construction ran under one roof, which kept the detailing honest and the timeline tight — a renovation delivered as one continuous piece of work.
